If my last blog wasn’t indication enough, Community is my favorite television show (at least currently on-air). Something about Community just caught me up in a whirlwind of happiness. Between Abed’s nerdiness and Jeff’s constant need to be cool, whether it’s Britta’s inability to get with it or Annie’s precipice of insanity, something about the show clicked. It could have been that for the two years that it aired, I too was in a community college. The characters they met were real enough, not sitcom staples. Most of this is thanks to the man who created the show. Perhaps the most important piece of the show, the man known as Dan Harmon. Except he was fired last week.
