It’s the most wonderful time of the year again in which we set aside our differences and make lists commemorating the year that was. Here are the dates for the third annual Listmania series, which includes categories such as Favorite TV Shows, Bottom 10 Movies, and Miscellaneous.
In this installment of The Oscar Buzz, we come to the conclusion that Only God Forgives may in fact be an unforgivable mess.
TRAILER: NICOLAS WINDING REFN’S “ONLY GOD FORGIVES”
“you wanna fight?”
so here’s the best trailer of the year (thus far). hopefully this will undo the damage that the movies did to Thailand with “The Hangover Part II,” if such a thing is possible.
coming to theaters on July 16.
Yes, the second best Ryan Gosling film of the year is officially garnered with a trailer.
Here is a look at 60 films that I am looking forward to talking about in 2013. Also, this will be the year of Rooney Mara. You just watch.

Here is what they meant by the end of the world. The debut of the trailer for Place Beyond the Pines, which is already planning on being the best movie of 2013. After all, the last Cianfrance/Gosling vehicle was the flawlessly amazing Blue Valentine, which is one of the Best of the Decade. The Refn/Gosling “Only God Forgives” kind of pales in comparison, but not enough for runner up best movie of 2013.
*The Place Beyond the Pines* Official Trailer #1 Starring Ryan Gosling (2013) [HD] (by ConstipatedOwl)
I know you all know this, but I just felt like sharing. Ryan Gosling and Michael Fassbender in a movie together sounds delicious. Two of my favorite up and coming lead actors (I wonder, could this be Shame Drive, Crazy Stupid Hunger, or even A Dangerous Notebook?) in a movie together. Could this get better?
NOTE: Yes, Christian Bale, Rooney Mara and Natalie Portman are also in it. Proof here.
Side note, A Place Beyond the Pines needs to come out. My lack of Gosling this year has made me deathly ill.
We open the show with a review of Drive, starring Ryan Gosling. Then Matt and Andrew talk about the newest video game releases(can anyone figure out why Andrew is on British time?). Thom loaned Andrew “Potty Mouth” by Doug Benson and they talk about that. Also, Thursday is always Game Day! The CBYHS theme for the week is “Based on Literature.” The trailers for Trailer Trash(or Treasure!) are Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol, Shut Up Little Man: An Audio Misadventure, and Berlin 36. Also we guess the ending for Killer Elite. Come back on Tuesday to download the newest episode and check out our blogs on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at nevpodcast.com.
